Make space to feel

We tell stories, that's what we do, 2025. Mixed media. Private collection.

You can check out my CV below:

When the world is crazy - where do you hide?

I'm Tinni Snåre, a visual artist based in Finland. My work — ranging from paintings to sculpture, design and collaborative art projects — has been an ongoing exploration of emotion, presence and the human experience. My studio is located in the heart of the Finnish archipelago in Pargas, where the natural light and landscape deeply influence the way I see and create art.

For me, art is a kind of secret oasis — a space to breathe and reflect. I began working as a freelance artist in 2019 alongside my main profession as a lawyer, and I continue to balance logic and structure with freedom and intuition in my life and creative practice.

I often work with acrylics, charcoal and limewash, and I enjoy bringing emotion and narrative into visual form. My work has been shown in solo and group exhibitions — including Emotions Faced at the Sibelius Museum in Turku and Serenity Unveiled at Galleria Dromig in Helsinki — and my pieces are part of collections in public spaces, galleries, cafés and private collections.

I'm also passionate about collaboration and public art — projects such as Women by Women have created and placed sculptures in the center of Pargas.

Whether in a painting, a sculpture, or a shared artistic moment, my aim is to make space for feeling — to invite the viewer to slow down, pause, and experience something that words alone cannot fully express.

Stronger together

I love public art projects and cooperation - we are stronger when we work together. If you are interested in cooperation, please feel free to contact me. I am open for crazy ideas. (Above "Anxious angel", 2025, mixed media)

I illustrate for different purposes. I have illustrated the pictures in e.g Läsväskan.  (Above illustration for the sculpture project Kvinnor av Kvinnor)

Please check out the public art project that we did together with Sveta Pahlman and Johanna Fredenberg! Two big sculptures can be spotted in the city center of Pargas, Finland - check them out to get inspired! #visitpargas
